Sorry about the delay but I just found this question.
1. In the first episode of House he already has the limp and his addiction to Vicodin when he tells patients in the clinic that they can not have any and that he had an infarction in his leg and that is why he limps so if they want him as their doctor come on down.
2. House was a drug addicted doctor who found himself in a world of pain one day on the golf course. He was rushed into the hospital where he grew tired of the delay and wound up self medicating his leg with a shot of morphine. The other doctors treated him as if he was a drug addict prescribing bed rest and antibiotics. Four days passed, and his condition worsened. The gave him a catheter to check on the antibiotics and the drugs and they realized he was blooding in his urine. Worse he was excreting waste in his urine. That meant his kidneys were shutting down. He told them to check for muscle death because he was both a diagnostician and a kidney doctor. Cuddy had to tell him he is correct and that she wanted to cut off his leg. He told her to remove the clot. That sent dangerously high levels of potassium and citogens through his system giving him a heart attack and nearly killing him. He then asked to be put in a chemical coma for the pain but while he was under Cuddy and Stacy removed the necrotic tissue from his leg. The damage done to his heart and nervous system from the release of the clot is why he is in so much pain. He limps because they removed the dead tissue.
3. What happened to Foreman was the results of the exploratory brain surgery they did on him that left him with some temporay motor function problems but as the swelling from brain reduced the disability disappeared. What's more he found a new way at looking at his life, more appreciative than before his Euphoria.
4. This is the third season of House.
5. The episode at the end of season two that you are referring to is mostly dilussional. House is shot early on and that bit about the patient with the exploding tongue is make believe. He thinks that he is cured and is helping to treat the last patient he was about to look in on but in reality he is asleep and thinking in his morphine induced haze. It is in this haze that he figures out a temporary solution to his nerve damage. That is why at the begining of this season he can walk for a while. Personally I am wondering why he has never had a nerve blocker or a nerve stimulator used on him. It makes sense that they would try something other than Vicodin at this point.
Anyway there are your answers.
Oops, forgot about the question about Stacy.
She did not wait for House to come out of the coma because Cuddy advised her that his idea may not address the necrotic tissue in his leg. Cudy told her they may still need to operate. House refused the operation. Stacy did not see that situation changing and so she signed for the operation right away knowing that she had medical proxy. Of course, Cuddy broke the law in prceeding given House had told her not to do the surgery regardless of the coma outcome. Needless to say, Cuddy will never fire House for that reason.

1. did the show start off w/ house good use of leg?
No, before the show started, House had a blood clot in his leg. The doctor treating him misdiagnosed him and because of it, he didn't receive treatment for DVT (deep vein thrombosis) in time, which caused a muscle in his thigh to die off. It was removed - which led to his limp and pain.
2. what happend to house's leg?
See Number 1. Also, in season 2 House was shot. In treating him for the gunshot, they used an experimental treatment where they used an animal tranquilizer to induce a coma, resetting his brain and reducing the pain in his leg. That's why his pain comes and goes.
3. the episode with foreman really sick, and almost dying, what happens after he comes out of his coma? cuz then they were testing his muscles, and they weren't working well, but what happens after that
Foreman had a brain disorder caused by a parasitical infection. In order to diagnose it, they did a deep brain biopsy (they removed tissue deep in the brain). The test carries a risk of brain damage because you're scrambling the tissue around.
The effect Foreman experienced is that the brain's signals to his body were confused - in trying to move his right side, he moved his left, etc. It also causes spatial issues, mental confusion and short term memory loss. Luckily for him, it was also temporary.
4. how many seasons are there?
Currently, they are airing Season 3. Seasons 1 and 2 are on DVD.

The Moment of Truth manufacturers are clever, they permit the contestants win plenty of many and allow them to display such a lot matters, however then the manufacturers ask the contestant a query they realize they lied to earlier than the exhibit. If I would positioned anyone at the exhibit it could be, Jeff Hardy: Q1: Did Matt Hardy inform you to NOT take the medicines within the first location? Q2: Did you are taking the medicines becuz the frenzy used to be gettin' for your head? Q3: Did you burn your condominium down? Q4: Did you believe Matt used to be well adequate for Lita? Q5: Do you do all of that severe stuff considering that you are taking painkllers and dont consider a factor?

you have the correct answers to 1 through 4 . As for five, the whole episode was a dream. He tested his theory that he was dreaming by purposely killing his patient while Cameron looked on.
