Recently i found that my processor(pentium D 805) voltage is at about 2.2v n it is over the specific voltage that given by intel specification data> beside my processor is nevr overcloking n work at 2.66GHz. Can it be like that and will it demage my processor. Can anybody give me some solution for this matter.

call the company that made the computer... if you made the comp... then contact the motherboard company

this depends on a lot of things. How much over is the voltage? there is some varience to every cpu and voltage being fed to it. Also you can't always trust the bios readings, and programs that monitor voltage inside of windows are sometimes way off. the only for sure way to test for voltage is to check with a voltmeter. Or do some research on the net about people having a similar problem.
If the cpu isn't overheating you have little to worry about. the issue with a high vokltage is that it creates more heat because there is more energy being transfered through the cpu. If your temps aren't abnormal than everything is fine and you shouldn't worry.

There are usually a few different ratings. Damage is unlikely unless the voltage is excessive, but Intel certainly does not guarantee operation with wrong voltage. So yes, send in motherboard for refund or repair.
