It really just depends on your exercise routines. Lower trans fats and saturated fats mean you will burn the fat off easier. Once you get into unsaturated fats and polyunstaturated, you barely have to lift a finger to burn them off.
So people who drink 1%, you are not fat. You just want to maintain a healthy diet.

I drink 2% because 1% tastes like water and whole milk is too rich for my taste. I also like Silk, which is soy milk.
