Of course! Hello?? Adoption, artificial insemination, regualar semenation by a guy. You didn't ask if they could get pregnant from eachother. You just asked if its possible to have a chlid.

AND many lesbians go into relationsips as mothers anyway, so of course its possible. Just because they're lesbians doesn't mean they can't have children. Thats stupid.
