get a good night's rest
best test prep
1. Rewrite class notes within 8 hours of being in class
....reason - 50% of what you forget in the first 30 days after class - goes in 8 hours - you will never remember what that scriggly line meant in January - but you will today
2. Read your notes over - before going to bed every night
....not cram them - not memorize - just read them - refresh your brain cells
3. Get your good night's rest -
...had a friend who crammed all night for an economics test - if he could have taken the test at 5 am - aced it
by 6 am - getting fuzzy
by 7 am - had trouble finding the cafeteria to eat
by 8 am - forgot how to spell his name and nearly slept thru the test
4. Get a good breakfast
....although muscles can use fat and burn it to work and run, your BRAIN needs carbohydrates to think - and you need the grey matter running on high test!
Have I preached enought yet>?> - by the way - Master's Degree
so - where can we go for pizza???
ps - also take vitamin b-12 supplements 1000 mcg (1)Methylcobalamin is the better B-12.....energizes the brain

Have a tug.
Kidding. Don't cram. Just relax about an hour before the test.
If you studied well, you won't need to try and pack more information in at the last minute.
Keep positive, stay relaxed, and picture your hard work paying off with a great mark.

Relax. Study hard. Get a good night's sleep. Eat breakfast. Relax. Meditate maybe, depending on how big the test is. Chew gum, and pray.

Organize your information. Drill yourself. Take mental breaks. Most importantly, eat well and get a good nights rest. Of course, take the time to breath and take yourself up. You got to believe in you.
or
You could always find a study group. More minds means more ways to think about something. Also, you mind find better study techniques.

try to stay relaxed, review about an hour before the test if possible, studies show most info is retained for about an hour or two, so if you study hard the night before then review about an hour or so before your test you should do fine. most importantly don't freak out about it, just breathe

BREATHE!!! sounds really dumb, but dont freak out. it wont help you on your test if you freak out last minute. study as much as you can, but stop studying when you realize its not really processing or if its not really going through your brain. theres on a certain amount of info you can cram into your brain last minute, so once you've reached the limit, dont try to push it or you'll lose the old information you learned before. good luck on the techniques and on your test!!! =)

In order to help you, I would recommend eating a tablespoon of peanut butter the morning of your test. The protein in the peanut butter helps your synapses (nerve endings) grow together and therefore allow for faster and more accurate nerve impulses to be sent.

Get 6 hours of sleep!
Don't cram, get others to quiz you on facts.
Btw, try to sleep in 90 minute increments, ie, sleep for 1.5 hours, 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, etc. It will allow u to awake more refreshed.
