you used to be able to, back when giving thumbs up or down gave you one point ... but not anymore! Yahoo got hip to the fact that people were leveling up too quick with that, so they did away with it.

all the questions deserve a thumbs up ..except some creepy ones which we can't find many of them in this category...
but being able to give our own questions thumbs up or down sounds a bit silly !!

I don't see why you would be so narcissistic that you would want to rate your own questions.I wouldn't care if I had 20 thumbs down,it's only the net baby!
