i see what you mean.... i dont really get your question..... with explaining ... you may just need to broaden your vocabulary and knowledge of grammar..... that can usually help, knowing words is really important and knowing how to use them is as important if not more important....

if you want some tips, read to improve your vocab, write to improve your grammar, keep your explanations simple, people often get caught up on deatails then lose track of things, maintain a consistant focus, dont start explaining something then start having to explain something else in the middle, keep your audiences interest on the topic at hand, and ....ye

ur problems lie in communication and ur own attention span, as well as how well u've though through the idea. when talking to someone, ur brain considers possibilities u've never considered before,and u stop to think about the new thought and forget the earlier line of thought.
