yup..it meeans slow motility...that means ur sperm is weak to reach the tube.
well...i am not sure abt the rcent innovations but ofcourse there has many ways u can have kids...and i have a uncle who had it but with minimal help they had a helthy kid...they r for 2nd onw now...
