We are moving across country, from Ohio to AZ, and have a 220 gallon fish tank with stand that we don't want to take with us. It is so big and too heavy for just my husband and I to carry. Any ideas on how we can find a buyer?
Thanks

We are hoping to get $750 for it. It includes the tank, wooden stand, lights, fuval filter, and 2 big pieces of driftwood that is weighted down with slate.

We are in Columbus. The tank is @ 6 ft long, 2 ft wide, and 3 ft deep. Including the stand it is about 5ft tall.

I have opened up my messenger and email, please contact me if you are interested in the tank. We are leaving for our out of state move in about 4 weeks. Thanks

addition - do u have a messanger id? or open up ure email on ure profile so i can email u my address, if you cant find a buyer contact me, 750 is quite a bit higher and 220 quite a bit larger than i was hoping for so dont make me ure first priority but if u cant find anyone else let me know and we'll see if we can work something out

x.x I wish I had that much money. I'd totally buy it. I live in PA, so I probably could have met up and not have had to worry about shipping, but I definitely don't have that much. that is very cheap for that size tank though, I'm sure you could find someone.

Put an ad in your local newspaper, or pin up a card in your local grocery store.

craigslist.. and ebay... and aquabid.com
and what part of Ohio are you?

you can take you tank apart too. i don't know the specifics but you can strip the glue out.. and collapse the tank.
