About 1 week ago i had a dream that i was drowning in deep water and it was so intense that i felt all the pressure on my ears and woke up having palpitations. Than tonight i woke up screaming because i had a dream that i killed someone that used to be my best friend and i ran to someone's house that i didn't know and the cops showed up there, i ran out the back door and i was running from them. Again the dream was so intense that i felt my heart pounding while i was running and woke up again with palpitations. I don't understand what this means but i deffinitely think it links together. Anyone here that can give me suggestions or help?

You are a lucid dreamer which means you have control over your dreams, and your mind tells you to wake up before the bad scary sets in...

however, you can change the bad scary, so whatever the dream means (you're having issues with decisions and are afraid of failing and someone you know turned out to be different than you thought and you are running from that realization)

go ahead and let it run it's course and redirect it when it makes you want to wake up..
The dream will continue until it has run its course, so get it over with.
Sweet Dreams

you need to be careful the following. Do you imagine she replaced into fascinated? Did she provide you any alerts before? you even ought to furnish her time to get over her ex. i'd initiate by speaking extra and spending time at the same time. It wont take lengthy so that you'll draw close if she interested in her body language and the issues that she says. i'd discuss relationships and exhibit my perspectives to her. tell her what you're searching for and what you are able to furnish to someone. Dont attempt this in a way which will make her sense forced or that your directing this in the route of her. Who is acquainted with perhaps your the reason her marriage didnt artwork out. perhaps she realized that she loved you and in no way her husband. If this isnt the case then no harm is achieved purely by your conversations at the same time with her. it may even make your friendship more effective by with the flexibility to communicate such issues as relationships. go sluggish reason shes healing from her ex besides. Being there for someone for the duration of those complicated circumstances ability and if no longer something else it truly is going to educate her how a lot you're taking care of her. at the same time as she contains visit you this time, she will be coming to inform you the way she feels and make a bypass on you! I choose you the purely right and that i visit wish so that you'll finally get your female.

It sounds like you are in a situation that you don't like and feel that you can't change, like it is out of your control. You need to figure out what it is-bad job, relationship, pressure from a friend-and realise that you can change it, you just may need to look at it differently. Example-boss tells you to do something dishonest or get fired but you have a third option of going to his boss or a fourth of doing nothing and ignoring him. There are always other answers but the pressure and the fear that you are doing something wrong both sound like an out of control situation, not necessarily related to dying or breaking the law.

Don't ever try to find out a answer or reason for your dream, it may affect your regular life. Dreams are just a mixture of emotions that is stored deep in your subconscious mind, forget it as soon as you wake up.

It could be the ghost of someone recently dead trying to get back at you. Burn incense or sweet herbs, especially rosemary and sage, in your house, say prayers, place a Bible under your pillow, and if you can, ring your house around with salt for three consequtive days. This worked for me, you don't need to believe me, just try it.

Are you on any new medications, trying to smoke, eating any thing different? These intense dreams can be caused by some type of medication.
