I think Azalea sounds rather more elegant and feminine than Aviv, though I think they're both quite pleasant. Also, I think a girl called Azalea is less likely to be teased than a girl called Aviv, as the name Azalea doesn't bear negative connotations to the city of Tel Aviv, like Aviv does. It just brings pretty flowers to mind. I used to know a girl at school called Azalea. I think it's really a nice name.

Azalea is a Greek name that means "dry"...in Spanish it is the name of a flower
Aviv is hebrew and means "Spring"
It depends on your last name. Azalea sounds nice to the ear, but I like the meaning of Aviv in comparison to Azalea.
