you need to contact the IFFC Local 1225. The International Federation of Fictional Characters has a charter that defines exactly what a fictional character may or may not do with your wife.
You situation is a common one. Before writing - did you ask your wife what she wanted for Christmas? Santa may have been delivering on a legitimate wish and you prevented the delivery.
(if this is the case I hope you like coal)
if she did not request a special package from Santa, then you may need to see Santa's Shop Steward. if Santa comes up wanting, he may need some sensitivity training.
