Visit http://www.case.org.sg and you should make your complaint or feedback to CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore). Then click on COMPLAINT and lodge your case to them.

This is the official association in Singapore, handling consumers' complaints and feebacks, where you can tell them your dissatisfaction about the product you've purchased.

And if you still retain the receipt for your product, maybe you can entrust CASE to help you to ask for a partial or full refund from the shop. If you've any enquiries, pls feel free to contact them by telephone no. or email them personally.

What you want to complain about? You were robbed? If the price was agreed upon during the time of sale, then I don't think you have an avenue to complain. It wouldn't be ethical to do so.
