Random question I know. But like how do those guys on worlds strongest man get so strong but they still look like they have alot of body fat. What exactly does it take in a workout to lose fat, does lifting weights have to cause you to lose fat? Ect ect, any information would be great :) remember this question is how to NOT lose fat in working out!

To lose fat you have to increase your heart rate for extended peroids of time. Depending on how you slow you work out, you won't lose fat. They also eat a lot of food

if you want to gain muscle like the world strongest man people you just work out your arms and back like crazy but eat alot if you abs you need to lose fat because thats how is forms if you just want to work out for your overall health you need to lose fat

by the way those world strongest man guys train hard and are on like 2 year working out and eating plans and stuff

lifting weights does not usually burn fat. It builds muscle increasing mass.
