Go see a Dr. asap and tell them you think it may be your appendix. The pain is usually felt on the right side but sometimes refers to left side too. It could be something else like gall bladder or a more minor cause for it, but at least you get into the dr. to rule out something of more immediacy. Quite often a person with appendicitis will have a low grade fever and throw up too but not always. Get it checked!

When I was 17 I had this problem...but mine was @ about a lil below the naval on both sides. DR.'s might rule out appendicitis because your discomforted on both sides.. but don't let them. I had appendicitis.. they tried to tell me i might be pregnant, when I was still a virgin. However, could you be? You should have it checked immediately, if it is appendicitis, it's only gets worse and unbearable. Dr's can perform an ultrasound to find out exactly what it is. I dealt with the pain for three days before I went to the emergency room for testing.. the next morning I had it removed. And have been fine ever since.

Also, you can take an alkaseltzer to see if it is gas, if it doesn't improve.. follow the above.

I doubt it is appendix because that is usually on the left side. You do need to check with your doctor though. It could be some thing to do with your bowels.

It sounds like it could be your appendix. My brother went to the dr they misdiagnosed him and he nearly died. Get checked out. If you have fever go to the emergency room.
