In internet explorer:
Select "Tools" -> "Internet Options".
• Open the "Content" tab.
• Click the "AutoComplete" button
• Uncheck the form box.
• Click OK.

Mozilla Firefox: Go to Tools > Options > Private Data > Clear now.
Then clear everything.
If you have Google toolbar, click on the word "Google" on the left, click clear history.
Internet Explorer 7: Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete, and then Delete Forms and Delete History.

Go to tools, internet options, clear history. You can also change the number of days so that it clears more often.
