okay, i'm almost 14 and he's 15, and my best friend (Em) is 11 and has a crush on him as well. It hasn't caused any conflicts with any of our friend ships. none of us go to the same school, and after the play we are all in is over I'm probably not going to see him for a while.... Em is going to tell him she has a crush on him on the last day.... is she making a mistake? Should i tell him? would that be a mistake?

This is just what i would do and you dont have to listen to this
but i would let your friend Em have a shot as this guy...i mean she is getting up the courage to tell him after all and you should reward her for that by letting her have a decent chance at getting this guy
if it doesnt happen between her and this certain guy...then you could step in and tell him your feelings for him

Em shouldn't tell him. She's 11. I'm a 15 year old guy and I really wouldn't too comfortable if some 11 year old girl hit on me lol
You might as well tell him - nothing to lose. Especially since you won't see him for a while, it's not gonna be awkward or anything. Tell him and give him time to think. And make sure Em knows that you're gonna tell him, don't let her find out from someone else.

Well you have 2 think about this....Em is your best friend and what if she tells him that she has a crush on him and he starts to like her. then your feelings would be hurt and your friendship might be kind of strange after that. So your friend needs to think about what will be the outcome or after math of the whole thing if she tells the guy she has a crush on him.

Um, 11, that is just wrong. You are closer to his age and have more in common. You should WARN him about what she is intending as so that he doens't crush her when he rejects her.
Tell her she is making a fool of herself.

Do anything you want because years from now it shouldn't matter a whole lot. Just realize that there are potentially negative consequences: hurt feelings, embarrassment, etc.

well even though its hard ... whoever liked him first should have the first chance to let him know how they feel. i meen put yourself in everyone elses position. be a good friend. and do what you think is right and what you would want somone to do for you.

walk up to him ask him if u can talk to him alone and tell him and ask him if has 1 on u and if he dose or dont it ok kk just go with ur heart kk thats wat i do
