Go to the websites of Air Canada or better yet www.westjet.ca. These are the 2 best options out of Vancouver, prices vary but West Jet would be my choice.

WestJet has return flights from Vancouver to Montreal starting at just over $600 at this time. Air Canada is slightly more (around $700). You can probably get it cheaper if you shop around, fly on certain days of the week, or book well in advance.
Problem is you are heading into some of the busiest time of the year for the airlines, as people are trying to fly home for the holidays, and people from out of town are flying in to see relatives.
