Similarities:

1. they both have common origin
2. they both have DNA, RNA (genetic materials)
3. they both have Ribosomes (for protein synthesis)

extra:
4. they both have the share fundamental properties of of life which are: cellular organization, sensitivity, growth, development, reproduction, regulation, homeostasis.

Differences:

1. Prokaryotes is smaller in shape and size than eukaryotes
2. Prokaryotes don't have nucleus, but eukaryotes do.
3. Prokaryotes don't have organelles (except ribosome), but eukaryotes have many organelles such as ER, Golgi, Mitochondria, Lysosome etc...
4. Prokaryotes therefore is less complex than eukaryotes.

That wouldn;t be possible, Prokaryotes are basically the opposite of Eukaryotes.

Eukaryotic cells (animal, plants, fungi, protists) contain nucleus and membrane-bound organelles. They are complex cells. Prokaryotic (bacterial cells), archean and cyanobacteria dont contain a distict membrane bound nucleus. Their DNA is usually a single naked chromosome. They have no membrane bound organelles.

1. They both have DNA as their genetic material.
2. Both are membrane bound.
3. Both have ribosomes, though eukaryotes don't have any other organelles.
