Jesus of Suburbia:
"I'm the son of rage and love"
But it's:
"I'm the son of ragin' love"
I first thought it was ragin', but the lyrics on the net said rage and love, so I though, ok. But then after watching Bullet in a Bible, I then realized it WAS ragin' love.

The first time I heard "Judy is a Punk" by the Ramones, I had no idea what they were saying. I had to look up the lyrics to make sure is was "appropriate" for air on a radio show project for school a few years ago. It was. And now that I know what the lyrics are, I appreciate it even more.

Go to www.kissthisguy.com It's a whole list of mis-heard lyrics. Kiss This Guy comes from the Jimi Hendrix song Purple Haze, where he says "Scuse me while I kiss the sky". It was mis-heard as....yep, "scuse me, while I kiss this guy"..
