I'm at the process of putting a personal website. You see i'm still neophyte about this and is wondering if what's the best websites where i can find all that i need in webdesigning like html codes.

You might wish to get a free tool called Maguma Studio. It has a lot of features like coloring your code for you.

W3C is a great site it can be a little bit overwhelming for the beginner's some times. I personally like http://www.idocs.com it is a very good reference site easy to read and navigate.

For HTML reference, I like http://www.htmlhelp.com and (slightly more advanced) http://www.blooberry.com/indexdot/html . You might also want to download Nvu ( http://www.nvu.com ), which is a program that assists in website creation.
