Personally i think guys do this because they are trying to look like the homies in video clips e.g snoop dogg and Eminem in there video's they always dress like this and guys who follow them follow there fashion. Pritty stupid hu?

Trying to be someone they are not. They'll be surprised when they actually fill-out the clothes. :)
I wonder if they look as wierd as a puffy cat when its wet w/o the clothes.
