The heart. The lymphatic system collects the excess water that is lost from the cardiovascular system and returns it to the heart.

The lungs use water, urine contains water, and feces contains water. Water is also lost in sweat. You loose water from these four areas no matter how hard your kidneys try to conserve water. I hope this helps.
