You have ask a general question, so you will receive a general answer. Destroy the engine, ruin the tranny, burn the clutch, cause the U Joints to go bad, eliminate the differential.

Manual gearboxes are pretty sturdy, but you've got alot of mechanical forces pounding on it from the engine on one end and the momentum of the car through the diff coming in from the other end.
Best to do things right.

i own a repair shop,and you can tear it right out of there if you abuse it,,i see it all the time ,and its not just the transmission you can tear up also anything that connects to it,,will also get torn up,,if you want something to tear up,,you need an old beater car for that,the newer ones wont hold up if their mis-treated but you,ll probably have to learn the hard way,,just be ready to pay the price of the repair,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

Well, I know doing 60mph in first gear is bad.
Driving down train tracks is bad.
There are lot's of things that would cause damage.

You can burn up the clutch. Throw gears. Basically ruin your car.
