Ok I don't know if this is helpful since I'm 13, but if you're young go to Forever 21. They have really cute clothes and accessories. Or if you're on a low-budget go to WetSeal they have cute shirts for like $10. If you're a bit older go to a Macy's. A good style i use is layers. Just get a tank top and put it under a V-neck (or a low shirt/ T-shirt) It works everytime and it looks cute too. For winter I just wear a hoodie if it gets really cold. Old Navy has some cute jackets but its on the expensive side too. If you're still confused, don't be shy and ask a friend or family member who has a sense of style, to go with you on a shopping spree. You'll hang out and have a good time.

WINTER ATTITUDE!

Winter coats and jackets are really only a prelude to the real thing. What you uncover beneath (including the attitude) is really the real clincher.

Liberal & Bored:

Go for a stylishly skimpy, dainty cocktail dress with faux jewels.

Rebel & Left of Centre:

High-waist cigarette pants with fitted shirts and cuffs that mushroom out in defiance. Conservatively Classic: Stick to matching your coat to your boots.

Big coat-Big skirt-Big jumper type:

Be prepared to be rechristened – the Woolly Mammoth.
Some style tips include tiny cropped jackets with second-skin contoured dresses, preferably in black. Soft skirt ruffles (in rich hues) that peep out from the folds of dark fur trimmed coats are great. Mini-skirts worn with outlandish stockings (Renaissance prints, geometric, acid stains) will speak volumes about your flamboyance without you having to do a jig on a bar tabletop.

To begin with..it should be warm clothing.
If you are a male, a terry wool trouser of your choice of colors and patterns (dark colors preferred), and an appropriate shirt. If your work requires/permits you to wear formals, a neck tie would be appropriate. the trouser, shirt and tie should be coordinated.
Good pair of matching woollen socks and formal leather shoes would do the trick.
If in your part of the world if you have severe winter, a jacket of appropriate material(woollen, synthetic whatever) would be good. Thermal inner-wear could also be considered.
Make a layered combination, as it would be easy to dress up as the temperature goes down, and as the temperature increases you could de-layer easily...
Good luck...

Hi Rana.Money can't buy style. But your can't be changed in just one day but I can help you,its a gradual process.Remember any dress, colour, style of your clothing when you were complimented most.Always try those things which suits you.In starting you have to take some trials ,judge people that in what kind of clothes they prefer you .Slowly you will find that you are getting their attention. Its always said that "Always eat that food which you like & always wear those clothes which others like to see you in"
