Im dating this guy and weve been together for 2 months. During the first month my guy friend broke up with his g/f of five years and started telling me how much he liked me. I told him that we were just friends and that was all i wanted and that i was very happy with my boyfriend. Soon after that he started trying to break us up. All of my friends noticed it and got really pissed. When my boyfriend found out about this he confronted him. After this he acted like everything was ok and that he had no more feelings for me. Now everytime i am around him he makes these awkward and odd comments about how he wants to be with me and how he wants me. Yet, he says it when no one can hear him but me. What should i do?

dump the "friend", first of all men don't have female friends..just women we haven't F-ed..yet...second if he was a friend he would want you to be happy. he is just thinking of himself.. being selfish (imagine that..a male being selfish..lol) and he is one of the worst types of males... the type to pretend to be your friend just to get into your pants..he is just waiting for you to be vulnerable so he can have his way..wether it's when your in a fight with your bf or if you should break up or if you get drunk.. he is a snake.. i'd have more respect for him if he was just straight up with everone and said.."hell yeah I wanna bang her and theres nothing you can do to change my mind"... at least he'd be honest.

You have to tell him to stop it, that you don't appreciate his come-ons, and that if he values your friendship more than your a*s then he has to stop making uncomfortable situations and awkward comments. Tell him that you care deeply for your boyfriend and that you don't appreciate his attempts to break the two of you up; point out that a manipulative, cruel action like ruining your current relationship wouldn't exactly make you likely to want to jump into a romance with him.

i think that this guy is a big jerk and a loser. hes def. barking up the wrong tree. i think you should have your boyfriend beat him up if hes man enough to do it. he needs to stand his ground and protect his terrority. violance isnt always the answer but sometimes.. a little fight never hurt anybody. ..... best of luck to you and your boyfriend.

Tell him firmly and straight that he is harassing you and you don't appreciate it. If it continues just out of earshot of others say loudly, "please leave me alone". If he gets funky, you may want to alert your bf or use what methods you use to get people to stop harassing you.
