he is not a good role modal he pees the bed but refuseses to wear dipers and have a bad temper he wont let his 7 year old sis kis or hug him he has been arested for having sex with a miner while she was asleep and tried to do the same with me im afaid for my child what do i do

See if you can have a restraining order put against him. Then you deny him visitation unless you are there. One way to get aroungd that is to breast feed. He obviously can't feed the child without you. by denying him visitation, he will be forced to take you to court. This way he will have to pay for your attorney, but you will have to prove that therer was no reason for him to take you to court. You prove this by stating that you offered him visitation in your home but he refused, now he's taking you to court..then show your proof that he is unfit to have your child alone without supervision. you can prove this especially when you have court documents of him having been accused of having sex with a minor. As far as the child support goes, as long as you leave his name off of the birth certificate, he still has to pay child support and cannot get visitaton until he 1. goes to court and legitimizes the child (ask an attorney to explain this to you) and 2 he has to request a DNA test. My brother has been with the same girl for 12 yrs they have 2 children. Their oldest is 9. when she was about 2 my brother and his girl split up and he was forced to pay child support, but was denied visitation because his child was not legitimized. They were not married, but his name was on the birth certificate. Even so with out the legitimization papers he could not see his child. Or you could simply tell him the child isn't his and not get child support. You would not have to worry about him, but later you would have to explain this to your child. Well he doesn't sound exactly normal. Why would you create a child with him. It sounds to me like you could take him to court and use everything you have against him to only allow him supervised visitation rights or none at all. Or you could just tell him he can come over and see the baby under Your supervision. Definately do NOT leave him alone with the poor child!

First why did you have sex with this guy, really! Second get help from a lawyer to get full custody, you can delay visitation a bit by not putting him on the birth certificate but he can fight and get a dna test, & then you will not be able to get child support. Talk with a lawyer

Unless you allow him to sign the birth certificate when you have the baby, he doesn't have any rights. If he wants them he will have to take you to court and have a blood test and considering his history he wouldn't get custody. The most he would get is supervised visitation. So you don't have to let him be around your baby alone.

If i were you i would take him to court to get full custody of the baby and if he happens to ask for visitation rights i would have them supervised at all times
