Out of curiosity, what colleges did people get into, and not get into?

accepted: brown, cornell, northwestern, USC, johns hopkins, berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UC davis
rejected: princeton, columbia

Accepted: NYU, Ithaca College, American University, The College of New Jersey, William Paterson University
Rejected: Syracuse University
How I got accepted to NYU and rejected from Syracuse is anybody's guess. Probably because Cuse's communications department is so competitive.
I chose The College of NJ (TCNJ). They're a really good school for the price and I got a scholarship from them that cut tuition for me down to $10K a year.

rejected: Stanford, Yale
went to UCLA and still studying there. I'm very happy with my choice. :)
