My friend works in TAX, and he says the LONG HOURS can get PRETTY ROUGH. Suggestions for him?

I would suggest that your friend set specific hours that he works. I know it gets hectic close to the deadline, but he must pace himself. Maybe he loves his work and doesn't mind all the stress.

he choose that type of work, so, he must be prepared for all what may come. Every jobs differ in their task.. so, if he want to get short hours, go and find another job!

Apparently he is not doing what is true to his heart. He should reconsider his career option to one where he enjoys the long hours.
