You can't.
Unless you know the password, once your parents lock it, all you can do is turn off the computer...although if they have enabled a password hint (and you know about it) you can use the hint to guess the password. Be aware however, if you guess too many times incorrectly, windows will lock itself for 30 minutes...and then you won't be able to do anything at all.

You can try pressing F8 when your computer starts and enter safe mode, then go to Administrative account. If they have this block their is a way, but its very complicated, and im not sure how to get around it. Good luck to you.

Get the password from them! If they won't give it to you, ask them nicely a few times.... and if that doesn't work.... go work and buy yourself a computer....if you can't work, then you are out of luck

There is a small rounded battery inside yours CPU.. take it out and place into it again...

press ctrl + alt + delete on username enter administrator with no password.
