Are you of legal age? Are you the only one he is doing this to?
I hate sounding judgemental but sooner or later you will be out of his class and trying to make your way in the world of potential employers that think that 97 in math reflects your true ability,
What this teacher is doing is abusive criminal and degrading.
Get a tutor so you can excel in your studies because of your brain power and report the schmuck to the proper authorities.

I'm sure your of age, or you wouldn't be asking Yahoo, however you know whats going on, also what did you say when he gave you that good grade "oh no teacher, I don't deserve this give me a failed grade, no you did not because you know whats up. Don't try to take yahoo to court to justify you were confused and didn't know what to do, yeah right. you need to redress yourself before entering into his classroom if your not interested or you need to let him know that he offends you with his comments. if you have the Internet i know that you have TV,cable or something you already know the right answer.

if you are in junior high school, high school or college may i highly recommend that you go to your folks first and inform then and then go directly to the principal of the school or the dean of the business division in the college and have him reported and make sure that his license to teach is suspended.

no person is permited in giving preferred treatment to one student. not only is that against the law but it is a crime it
is called harrasment and sexual abuse.

may the good Lord protect you and your family.

You need to discuss this with your parents, and if possible have them sit down with you and the school counsellor. The cousellor will help you with some coping skills, while keeping record of the behaviour, and it must be kept confidential. The next step is to go to the school principal/administration with your parents, and the counsellor will be back up. His behaviour is disgusting and he should not be teaching if he can't control his urges to hit on the students.

Tell your math teacher that he makes you uncomfortable. If this doesnt help, tell your parents. They should have a meeting with the principal. If they dont do anything (which is unlikley) then go to the principal yourself.

If you are in high school...you need to tell your parents and not the Yahoo Answers community. If you are in College....ummm I don't know you maight be fair game and plus you'd be old enough to make your own decsions..

I really Hope you are in College cause if you are not....that teacher should be ashamed....be careful

Wow your teacher is a perv soon its going to get worse you better speak up. Say something to another teacher, get a friend to go with you to go tell on your teacher, tell your parents, SOMEBODY, ANYBODY. That isnt natural for a teacher to do that. YES you should be worried.

If you have a cell phone, try to record him hitting on you or being inappropriate. Then make sure you get an A in your class. After that, then tell on him.

I would report it to the principle and to your parents. he is not doing the proper thing here. He needs to be stopped before it goes any farther. Good luck honey I hope you will report this.
