My remote works and all but like...when i move it around the screen the hand doens't show up...i think somthings wrong with the sensor

You can't stand too close or too far. I'd say 3-10 feet is the range in which it should be picking up your signal. If you're still having issues, your remote may be low on batteries or maybe the remote or sensor is broken.

dont worry the motion sensor thing mayby you can put it a little lower

make sure that the sensor is where the settings think it is (ie. below the tv or above)

Maybe u have it way off the screeen or you are to foar away or to close. Stay 3-5 ft. away.
