I hope you took notes that will guide you where you need to concentrate on.

Read the titles and subtitles and try to answer what they are asking. Find the main point.

Good luck

If you've taken good notes throughout the semester you should be fine (I have a biology final this week, too). Never study for more than an hour without taking a break (between five and fifteen minutes) and be sure to get up and walk around during that break.

My biology instructor suggested eating lots of whole grains and exercising, because that will improve energy and concentration.

When you go out on errands, take a moment to look around you and see what you can apply to what you've learned. For instance, if you see a weed on the side of the road, try to figure out if it's a eudicot or a monocot plant. The more you can apply outside of class, the easier time you will have remembering and understanding the material.

Don't panic, just do one section at a time with the goal of finishing most of one unit per day. As long as you've been doing okay for the rest of the semester, you should do okay now.

Hopefully you have take notes but in college there are rarely any explanation. first, read the subtitles and titles, that'll give you an outline. maybe the internet has a website for the book. Some of my college books have extra help. Just read the chapters do 5 or more chapters a day and you'll get it all done before the exam.

Study when your awake and will not be distracted. Only cover 4 or 5 concepts at a time. Take a short break, come back review over the first items you went over then move on. If you start falling asleep or something, walk around drink some OJ and get right back to work.

do no longer wait till at last the final minute...start up now. If there are issues like definitions use flash taking part in cards to help with those. be sure you learn in an ecosystem that's top for you (i.e. no noise or something to distract you). desire that helps.
