hello this is not Nazi Germany Who decides how much intellegence a person has Really or how much money is appropriate to have before having a child. Maybe their child could grow up and become the next Einstein, I hope I am wrong but your question has racial undertones. Not nice.

I know plenty of people born into families with high IQ's and money, who would rape steal and pillage. Money and intelligence do not make a person. I would never support population control on the basis of intelligence in any way shape or form. The idea is absolutely ghastly to me. If we have population control on the mentally handicapped the next thing I would expect to see is population control on the physically handicapped. I am not in the least bit religious, but I have a conscience and morals. If I see a person less fortunate than me, I give him my shirt. I do not believe in the obliteration of those less fortunate than me.

I think what you are talking about is Eugenics, and it has already been decided as wrong.

By what do you measure a man? Or woman? By the size of their I.Q. or the love that's in their heart?

There is not much proof, in every case, that a low I.Q. would be passed on genetically to the offspring.

I know someone that managed to work a high paying maintenance job for years, with an even lower I.Q. then the one you mentioned. His wife was not very intelligent either, and she stayed at home her whole life.

Still, their son, has managed to be very bright. Also strong and athletic.

On the other hand, there are people with degrees that have fallen on hard times, ended up on welfare and are raising children.

Either way these children are our future. And one needs to safeguard our future.

Though a persons intelligence may be low, you will most likely find that they have a high level of compassion and love. There are many intelligent people out there who involuntarily teach their kids, substance abuse, violence, disdain. Those who have mental handicaps tend not to even comprehend these immoral values, which in my opinion means that the chances of their children becoming a burden to the taxpayers is not worth worrying about.

I would agree with population control for the ignorant. I also believe in social apartheid.

I'm not personally very religous but I still don't believe it is our place to decide who lives and who dies.
