You gotta keep in mind, most of the people that ask these questions are usually young girls, or people that may not know as much about the reproductive system as you or I might. They can get some some good facts and advice on here from people who know. Allthough they can look up the info, someone here may be able to explain it out better, in easier words, than a website would.

it's way lame to be asking if your pregnant online. I always tell them to buy a test and go to the doc

some people dont know where to turn and do what they can to get answers...others want advice on how to pursue their problems...yahoo answers has been a major help to many people, and also an outlet for people who have nothing better to do but to ask dumb questions and receive even "dumber" answers. if you understood the scarity of being pregnant when it is unwanted or at a crucial time of your life, you would understand why people ask strangers so they dont feel any more disappointed or judged...unfortunatley there are people who answer rudely to express their views on being pregnant out of wedlock or as a young parent...i guess in this sense I want to basically say although taking a test and visiting your doctor is the best way to go, some feel more comfortable asking strangers online. its all about who you are and what you feel comfortable with...everyone is different, therefor everyone handles situations differently.

Why not skip the pregnancy questions?
You've asked this before. How many more times are you going to do it? Were the answers you got last time not good enough for you?

If you are trully afraid that you are, you can go to Planned Parenthood and get the morning after pill. It stops you from making an egg, it does not force you to have a period. They will give it to you for up to 3 days after but after that it will not work.

yeah, it gets kind of repetitive.. its not hard to find out the symptoms of pregnancy.. or to go to the drugstore and buy a test for that matter. i think they just want attention

YES. I absolutely *HATE* the amount of "omg m i pregnt omgwtf" questions on here. It makes me sad that people can actually know so little that they have to come ask random people on the internet if they, THEMSELVES, are pregnant.
