Old Computer Game?

Ok, I need help trying to identify the name of an old computer game. It has the background of the game, "Doom", but instead of players/shooters, it is cars or hovers, trying to catch the opponents flags. I know this is vague but it's bugging me....please help!!

oh, and it was around in the early 90s, about the time my family got our first computer. it was one of those games that i think are pre-installed on the computer. if that helps....
