I'd vote for Harding. A gambling drunk that did absolutely nothing all day would be refreshingly undestructive.

At least Harding was Honest about Gambling and Drinking... he refused to claim executive privilege or whatever when he was fined in DC for speeding in his carriage when he was tipsy...
Harding would win in a landslide.
