Hearing voices is common among people who suffer from the medical disorder known as Schizophrenia. It also results in them having memory distrubances so that they lose track of the order in which things happen -- that is, they see a bird, then they hear a voice which says "you're going to see a bird." and they lose track of which happened first, the bird or the voice.

The real problem with this is that if it is untreated it tends to get worse, and sometimes the voices say things like "she really wants you to have sex with her right now!" or "Those people dont deserve to live. Shoot them."

You should talk this over with a physician who knows you.

I don't think its weird. But weird is different from person to person. ;)

This happens to me frequently. I think that it does have something to do with a person's 6th sense. There is so much about the 6th sense that we do not know yet. Only countless more years of study will give us an answer.

I'm reading a book right now that compares the study of the paranormal to Germ theory. 150 or so years ago, we had no 'proof' of germs and what they were doing to humans. Louis Pasteur put for the "Germ Theory". Basically that there are little micro organisms that we can't see that get into our bodies and make us ill. People called him a nut. Well, with the advancment of technology, we were eventually able to view these microorganisms. Who is to say that the same will not be true for ghosts and other forms of the paranormal, such as telepathy? I can't proove that there is a such thing, because I don't have the ability to 'harness' the power that is out there. That doesn't change my ideas on it.

*Disclaimer*--I don't want to hear nasty comments from people. Be skeptical all you want, but don't be a butt about it. Being rude earns no respect....

There are theories that there is no past, present or future. They are all conventions we use to explain different points of view of the same things that are happening in continuum. The brain uses the same synapses for memories as it does for dreams. It doesn't really know the difference. Most people have a hard time comprehending that. Even fewer actually get to experience it. What do you call it? Lucky. Very Very lucky. Dont' write it off as an inconsequential or unlikely event and it is sure to happen again.

Define weird. You'd be surprised just how common these kind of experiences are. Give yourself a pat on the back, you're tuning in. Oh yeah, and its called Clairaudience, literally "clear hearing" : the reception of intuitive information as heard in the inner ear, messages received in the mind as voice or sound. Similar to clairvoyance but relates to inner “hearing” as opposed to inner “sight”.

I have seen and heard things for along time and I'm always scared when it happens but one time I was watching tv and I heard this guy in my head say go find her and I'm like ok and I look in the next room over and he sounded really annoyed and said not in there so I ask my boyfriend if he heard it and he didn't I have no idea to this day what it meant or who I was supposed to find.

How long have you been "hearing" voices? There are rational and natural explanations for this. It could also suggest a mental illness (schizophrenia).

Might be an idea to get it checked out. Son of Sam heard voices too!

It's called ESP. Extra Sensory Powers. It's something science can't explain. Your ESP is something that had been reported numerous times. If you ever had some weird picture in your head of a person doing something, and you're certain you're not making it up, then that's probably remote viewing, another form of ESP.
Long story made short: You have special, unexplained abilities.

That is the beauty of intuition telling you that you should not be around or with friends who's mother's steal. The voice screaming is your conscience.

All of our minds are connected. Its like one big telepathic network, some called it Akashic. Sometimes we look for answeres and sometimes in your case, the answeres or Heads up are given as well. Intuition, ESP, telepathy... its all related. Look up Akashic and you'll understand completely.
