I don't think there is such a thing. I think it comes with age.

Peace!

The KY suggestion is the right one as you say that the problem occurs even when you are fully aroused. Then the problem is not insufficient foreplay and additional lubricant is needed.

You need a store bought lubricant because it must be water soluable and you must be very careful of what you put in your vagina (excuse the pun, I couldnt think of any other way of saying it). I've heard OB/GYN doctors say that douches of any kind, including yougert, disturb the normal balance of bacteria/yeast in the vagina.

They said nothing except the warm soapy water that goes in during a bath should go in. The other problem with home made lubricant is that you certainly don't want to put anything in your vagina during intercourse that would be abrasive. Ouch!

If money is your concern about a store bought lubricant, don't get the kind that says "warming solution" on it. It has the same ingredient as the ones that don't say that but they cost more. The generic lubes that come in a tube should work just as well as the ones that have fancy names and/or come in fancy bottles.

You've said in a previous question that your b/f is 16 y/o so I suppose you are about the same age. I wish that I had known at your age that sex with a boy or girl friend tends to produce strong emotional feelings over time that are interpreted as "love".

These feelings are predominatly caused by chemical changes in the body/mind that Nature had intended for after marriage. The real problem is that we get those feelings whether our partner is good for us or not. In today's culture we are told that "love" is all that is necessary or, "Go with your feelings". That is a sure recipy for future heartache.

I had to say the last part because of my concern for you and your future happiness.

Have a lot of foreplay. Ask your husband to perform oral sex on you in different different positions, use lube if still dry. Make good mood and talk erotic during intercourse. You may also fantasies during the act which brings wetness fast.

Hi,
You can talk to your partner about your likes and dislikes, what turns you on and what doesn’t. Please devote more time in the foreplay, which will help in adequate lubrication, thus facilitating penetration without any discomfort or pain. In the entire sex act, please remember that there is always more pleasure in traveling than reaching the destination! When you devote more time in the foreplay, the level of sexual arousal will increase and will help you in reaching climax, i.e. , experiencing the feeling of heightened sexual pleasure and a feeling of “enough and nothing more

Occasional vaginal dryness during intercourse may mean that you aren't sufficiently aroused. Make time to be intimate with your partner and allow your body to become adequately aroused and lubricated. It may help to talk with your partner about what feels good. Having intercourse regularly also may help promote better vaginal lubrication.

well, if you don't use condoms, you can use petroleum jelly. otherwise, you must stick to the store bought KY jelly so you don't risk breaking the condom due to the oils in other substances. you don't want to put anything unnecessary up there because it can lead to yeast & other infections.

i understand, you get wet & aroused, but it dries up after a while of intercourse. that is common, which is one of many reasons for ky jelly.

you should get a humidifier or something my fiance and i found out she was drying out but my mouth was also. after getting a humidifier the air in our house wasnt as dry.. she had no more problems staying "wet". also if your mind is drifting during sex towrds the next day or thingsthat happened that day. it might be wise to stay into the sex mind wise.

try the brand "wet". ky jelly is too thick and doesn't feel as good as the wet. Make sure that you go pee after sex to cleanse your body out.

Use some butter or crisco.. that always works. I heard motor oil wasn't safe anymore, I think it's due to the additives and synthetic technology. The best brand of butter to use is the "I can't believe it's not butter" brand. You might get royalities if you write them and let them know how good their butter works in your bedroom.

Of course you could always try foreplay or having sex with someone you half way care about. That makes it naturally better.

If the sex is just lame then, I can schedule you with a session to enhance your sexual enjoyment. Send me a full body pic and check stub from your last pay period and we'll see what can be arranged.
