there is a tool available online at symantec.com. www.symantec.com/symnrt This is the tool i have always used to rid myself of the painful symantec. If this does not work you may have some issues with your Registry. Use Registry Mechanic to fix any problems. (when cleaning with the registry DO NOT use any type of freeware or shareware, these may cause your system to fail because of malicious software). On some occations a manual removal made need to take place. If you are not experienced in this matter, please take your computer to a local Geek Squad or other equally reputable computer support taskforce. Best of luck :)

Yes, you will have to use Symantec's removal tools to completely get rid of eveything for the Corp Ed. But IMO, you were probably better off with the Corp Ed. Been there, done that. Good Luck.

try clicking start then search then all files and folders type in program name and click search...right click on each file found and delete then empty recycle bin and reboot the computer.
