Mine's made of calcium chloride.

Can I just heat it on the stove/in the oven? Does it emit poisonous gases? I'd prefer to reuse them, as they're burning my jeans ^_^

They can be regenerated, but the temperature is very important. See the reference for the procedure and limitations.

They can, but it takes some work. You have to cook the water off the absorber. Generally that means heat to some temperature (depending on the material) and a gas stream to take the water vapor off the surface of the material. Generally, it's a colossal pain in the tuckus. Be glad you aren't dealing with molecular sieves.

Sure you can regenerate absorbers in microwave oven. just put that moisture absorber in bowl into microwave oven and heat it for 2 minutes..and ready to use.
but the fact is this moisture absorber not much effective as new ...
