I'll forget about the world; I'll give care and woe the finger [an obscene gesture, as is the fig]; if I can't pay, I'll use credit; they can't collect from me when I'm dead.

It seems like the poet is saying what's the use in trying to keep tabs on people, it's all going to even out when we're dead...ot something along those lines.

we shouldn't care so much about the opoions of people on earth for when we die we are all equeal
the first part of my answer may just be my interpitation of the poem though it defabiftly means that when we die we are all equal no better off in anything than thee other

The meaning of this poem is that in the end, we all die, and no amount of material wealth can change our inevitable equality of death.

The poet is irresponsible towards his debts and believes someone might or might not look after is funeral costs, He doesn't care about much.

when you die people cant claim your debts, like if you borrow $30,000 dollars from a bank and dont own anything then they cant do anything about it
