I was thought to have had cervical cancer so the doctor removed most of my cervics and she told me that I will probably not be able to have anymore babies I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and succesfually carried a baby cause I really would like another.

I'm sorry. Your doctor is right. It would be difficult for you to carry a child very long, let alone to term. Your cervix helps to "keep the baby in" and without a patent (working) one, you would likely miscarry before your second trimester. You could try getting a second opinion. Otherwise, you may have to consider adoption or other options.

As long as you still have your periods, there is always a chance of becoming pregnant. Your situation would make a pregnancy a high risk one, so make sure you have a doctor who will support you in your decision and will be there for you every step of the way. Best of luck to you.

Yes, I know some people who have. When you think you are pregnant you have to have the Uterus sewn shut.
