That would be 2100. For the AM hours the hour stays the same...1000 (10:00), 1115 (11:15), etc. Noon would be 1200 and every hour after that add 12...1300 (1:00), 1600 (4:00), 2100 (9:00).

Morning times are easy, 6am = 0600 hours and 1200 hours is noon. All you have to do is add 9 onto 12 and you get 21 which is 2100 hours. The 00 is for the minutes.

9 pm is 2100. You just add 1200 to the PM times.
4 pm is 1200 + 400 = 1600

it would be 2100 hours its the same as a 24 hour clock if the time is pm and 12 to the time and multiply by a 100
eg 9 pm
9+12=21
21*100=2100 hours

Draw a picture of a clock with 1 thru 12, then go around again, with 13 thru 24.

Military time is different then the 24 hour clock. It's base time is Zulu time. So when it's 2100L it's a different time Z. I think it was about 8 hours ahead at my last duty station.
