eye liner- rimmel and mac.. mac khol doesnt budge/smear at all!!
mascara- im still searching for the best.
eyeshadow- again, mac.. their colors have a lot of pigment in them. 'carbon' color is super black i love it, you can also is it as eyeliner..
and this is out of subject but i notice your name says 'mcr4life'..

lancome and MAC have good eye shadows
L'Oeal is a side company of lancome and they are actually very similar, maybe less pigmented, which I sometimes prefer for easier blending.
Bobbi brown has good eyeliner the gel kind is great, max factor seems to be very workable yet lasts pretty good.
great lash mascara is really good you may have to wipe it down though...I do, clinique also makes good mascara, but the difference isn't worth the price. neutrageona no wax mascara is really good too, they don't carry it wear I live anymore though.

Arbonne, because even in something as small as eyeliner....they put great stuff in it to benefit your skin. Their eyeliner has about 18 ingredients who's source is fruit, nuts, plants, vitamins...and so forth. Their eye shadow is so concentrated! Lil goes a looonnnnnggg way.

MAC truly is the best all-round make-up brand. I love all their products, but I will say that I prefer Clinique's mascara line.

Bare minerals! Best make-up around. Very light, cant even tell your wearing any! All natural and good for your skin. They have it in most major malls, they will also do your make-up for you for free so you can see if you like it.
