When you turn 18 and move out then you can do " older stuff "

You're thirteen. Quit acting like a member of Teen Girl Squad.

Furthermore, why do you feel that you should have independence at such a young age? Have you shown your parents that you're trustworthy and able to make the right decisions? From what I can tell, you seem to be caught up in the fantasy of all play and no work. If you want them to start treating you like an older person, then you ought to expect them to ask you to behave like an older person as well.

i only wore compact until probably ninth grade. And I didn't start wearing mascara until my senior year of high school. It's now become a pain the butt, because i can't go anywhere without it.....
I had boyfriends but we never saw eachother outside of school, until 10th or higher.
And I never went to the movies by myself. I always went with friends, but my gramps would drop me off and ask what time the movie ended, and I would tell him and he would be back at that exact time.
You should talk to them like you are an adult. You may get more from them that way. Have a plan set out on what subjects to talk about to them.
If you act like a child then you should be treated like one!

Try acting more mature than you are now (I'm not saying that you're immature), take the innitiative to do responsible things, possible strike up a conversation with them that shows that you have been doing a lot of thinking on the subject matter (maybe telling them how stupid you think teenagers are who take drugs/ get pregnant, etc the little things they might be worried about)
Maybe they don't allow you to go out because they think that you're not responsible enough to handle peer pressure, and other things. ... so prove to them that you are..... oh and depending on the type of parents you have, the makeup may take a while.... but whatever you do, don't argue with them, that makes it worse.

Good for youre parents, at 13 you are to young to wear makeup. I think they are trying to let you be a young lady as long as they can. They know that you are growing up to fast and they are only trying to do what is best for you. Someday you will understand. Good for youre parents. We need more like them in the world today.

keep on talking with your parents. act more like an adult in your attitude and how you carry your self. be considerate of your parents need to protect you. so if you want to go out . tell them you want to go out , but I'll call in every hour to let you know i am alright so that you do not have to worry about me.but make sure that you really call them so that they trust you. regarding makeup. Why do you want to wear makeup? You are young and pretty. Older women wear make up , because their skin is ugly and they want to hide their old face. not because they like too. the real pretty girls ,women do not need to wear make up and don't
makeup on a girl 13 it just looks silly, like a 8 year old girl playing dress up. do you really want to look like an 8 year old?
Good Luck

I know you are anxious but wait until you are old enough to do the things you think you want to do now. Enjoy being 13 and listen to your parents! Just remember the old saying that goes something like this, You are a kid for a short time but you are an adult forever!

O my god!I have the perfect answer! You should ask your
parents to buy you a dictionary for Christmas. Then your parents
will notice that you have a educated brain.Well, if you are educated a lot more, you should wait until you move in into fantasy.
But,you know how much parents pay attention to you, maybe,
you should start following the rules.
May you have a chance.
