Well, I have insomnia, so I take a lot of medicine to sleep. I usually get 6 hours during the week and as much as 12 on the weekends.

about 8-10 hrs if I have my insomnia meds otherwise 2-3 hrs so on averageI guess thats about 5 hrs the older you get the less sleep you are supose to need children are supose to require more sleep than adults like 10hrs a night
