Find out the brand and serial number of your oven and go on the web.
If it is a common brand (like Kenmore), you can look in the yellow pages for a repair center (or ask your closest Sears store).

At the manufacturer or many appliance stores. My experience has been its cheaper to replace it. For some reason parts cost more than the whole item.

Where I live there are commercial distributors of heating, plumbing supplies that the repair men go to. Those same distributors will also sell to the public, then you can install it yourself.
