A friend introduced me to chinese astrology....and before getting religious on me or anything, this is for fun!!! She amazingly is able to guess what year a person is born just by the way they look (face/body)! She's hardly ever wrong.
Anyway, this astrology goes by every 12 years, not a 12-month cycle, and each year is labeled by an animal. Do you think you look like the animal you're the year of? What about others you know, or celebs?
I've also found the compatibility to be surprisingly accurate, not just with bf-gf relationships, but all of them.

It does work well. But it works even better when you combine western and eastern astrology. This book does that well, The Handbook Of Chinese Horoscopes, by Theodoro Lau published in 1979 by Harper & Row Publishers. I am a Rabbit with Gemini on the western chart.
