im avg- 6" and have the oppty to have the surgery which will take me to 8"+. there are some risks and definitely some pain is involved, plus it costs a fortune. for the ladies only- should I do it?

I believe 6 inches is the average length when erect. Since the vagina averages about 4 inches in length, 8 inches would be rather uncomfortable and probably tap the cervix (NOT usually a good thing). Besides, it's width that really counts. That and what you do with it. A guy who can create circumstances where his partner feels comfortable giving directions, and listens to those directions, means a whole lot more than the size of his parts.
